How it works
Qualified intelligence.
A working sales process.
OX uses intelligence supplied by authorized sources and data partners. It retains the buyer context teams need to review and act.
Receive & organize
Incoming records use a consistent automotive data model. Source identity, supplied scores, stages and timestamps remain attached to the buyer. Demand Pools organize the available records.
Review & match
Apply geography, dealership proximity and vehicle interests. Compare score history where available. Review inventory matches and the evidence behind each opportunity.
Route & follow up
Assign an opportunity to the appropriate store. Keep the current status and responsible team visible. Use Action Center to review work that needs attention.
Record & evaluate
Capture outcomes through the sales process. Review the results to inform future prioritization. Automated feedback to external systems is not currently included.
Missing data stays missing.
OX does not invent scores, ownership, buying stages or purchase intent. The workspace reflects the intelligence available from your sources.
